After GDPR, registrant details are visible for about 5% of domains — we measured 5.4% across 1.89M. But operators leave fingerprints anyway: the same analytics account, the same nameserver pair, the same marketplace listing. This reads those.
How to read this. A link means two domains share a piece of
technical evidence, which is shown next to it. It is not a statement about who owns anything, and
we do not publish links between a domain and a named person. Coverage reflects what we have
rendered, so absence of a link is not evidence of absence.
